A colorful, bas-relief bouquet of flowers in the shape of a heart for the one you love. The original hangs in a private collection, but you can order a print that fits your space and budget.
Whenever I create a large piece, I always like to create a few smaller pieces in the same style. The smaller pieces can be companion pieces to the larger one, or are available at a more wallet-friendly price. This is one of the companion pieces to "Basket of Bounty."
When I started the companion pieces (in January), I got the brilliant idea to lay the flowers out in the shape of hearts for Valentines Day. After all, flowers and love go together as naturally as wine and chocolate.
With plaster dry times, working on other pieces, running my faux business, managing kids and the house . . . you get the idea. I missed the mark.
But love certainly isn't a once-a-year occurrence. So no matter the time of year, say "I love you!" to your sweetie. Whether it's Happy Valentines Day, Happy Anniversary. Happy Birthday, I’m-sorry-I-was-a-schmuck, or any other love occasion, celebrate with flowers and some love.
Be sure to check out "Bouquet from the Heart II," which is sweetly simply in a pristine ivory and glaze design.
